There's a lot going on in the Cut Copy world. The band have been hard at work finishing their as-yet-untitled third album (due early 2011) and will mix the much-awaited opus with Ben Allen (Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective) this coming August.

In celebration, a brand new song called "Where I'm Going" is now available for the price of an email address. Go to their website, click the 'Download A New Cut Copy Song' link, and you're away. If you want it on vinyl, it will be released as a strictly limited, one-sided etched 7" in August.

The tribal pound of "Where I'm Going," has been described by the band as "the kind of track Brian Wilson would've written if he took ecstasy and hung out in 60's London instead of California."

Preparing us all for what to expect (or perhaps what not to expect) with the teaser track "Flashover" last month, Klaxons are now ready raring to go with their full sonic assault, kicking off proceedings with Surfing The Void's lead single, "Echoes".
