Contest: Easter Egg Hunt

Contest: Easter Egg Hunt

Easter's just around the corner and the one thing we all enjoy slightly more than the long weekend is a good ol' fashioned egg hunt. There's nothing more entertaining than confusing the hell out of youngsters by hiding oval-shaped, aluminium-covered pieces of cheap chocolate in the garden besides the few hours of shut eye you score yourself while they're out hunting and pissing off the neighbours.

What Happens at SXSW... Pt. 1

What Happens at SXSW... Pt. 1

We sent Shelley and Patrik a-packing to the one state renowned for producing everything in larger sizes and/or quantities, Texas, to attend the SXSW music conference held annually in Austin. We heard tales of hype, letdowns and Bill Murray from a variety of sources, so we decided to ask them for ourselves - what really went down at SXSW?

Mod Shop: Jonathan Boulet Tour Skate Tee (White)

Mod Shop: Jonathan Boulet Tour Skate Tee (White)

White is very much the new black when it comes to the new Jonathan Boulet t-shirt, which specially was made for his recent Oz tour. The skate inspired tee pays homage the logos that flooded half pipes of the mid 80s and has been radically created in celebration of his new self-titled album. Back design features the slogan: "Rad Music and Bad Skating Since 2009."

Buy it from the Mod Shop. (Also available in black)

Listen: Gonjasufi - "Sheep"

Listen: Gonjasufi - "Sheep"

Musician/singer/disc jockey/yoga instructor Sumach Ecks, better known by his latest musical moniker Gonjasufi has been turning heads in all the right places since appearing on Flying Lotus' 2008 album 'Los Angeles' and more recently with his with his latest long player, A Sufi and a Killer.

Ecks has been kicking around since the early 90s, lending his mad skills and trademark croaked-out vocals to several hip-hop releases (most notably to 777 Beats' San Diegan crew Masters of the Universe). 'A Sufi and a Killer' features a motley mix of blazing production from the likes of Gaslamp Killer, Mainframe, and Flying Lotus who all enhance the already chilled out quality of the Gonja's vibe in their own special way. You can have a listen to the new single "Sheep" right here, and download "Ancestors" for safe keeping.

Video: Supercar - White Surf Style 5

I don't wanna spoil this one, but it starts with a guy playing video games, and a girl in her undies. You're thinking, this sounds great already? And you'd be right, it does, but hang in there, things really jump off from there.
