#13: Gentlemen Drivers
Regulars at our Modular parties in France, Gentlemen Drivers kindly stitched up all a bunch of tres bien tracks for the latest Modcast. Whilst their sound has been described by some genre-casting aficionados as a midpoint between 80s and 90s club music, Gentlemen Drivers have remixed the ass off tracks like Homecoming by The Teenagers and DVNO by Justice. Word is that they got some of their own productions in the works too.
Hi Fi Serious - Because Remix
Gentlemen Drivers - Not Over Yet Remix feat Soko
Bossa Nostra feat. Bruna Loppez - Jackie

Video: Cut Copy - "Lights and Music" (Live On Rove)
Around 9:20pm last night, on Channel Ten's Rove Live, you would've been able to catch Cut Copy doing their "Lights and Music" thang to a rather familiar crowd, check out Cut Copy's #1 fans, Andee Van Damage and Busy T in the front row.

Gallery: Bumblebeez Exhibition, Goodhood, London
Ahead of the release their magnificent technicolour spew of a debut album Prince Umberto & The Sister Of Ill, The Bumblebeez presented an equally important siamese twin companion to the music, the visual side of the band, in an art show at Goodhood in Hoxton, London.

#12: Magic Happens
Guest mix by Sydney DJ Magic Happens."Like a fine wine, Magic Happens grew up on a vineyard. From a young age he learned the values of drawing a line in the sand without putting all your eggs in one basket. After initially falling in amongst a rag-tag bunch of misfits with nothing to lose and something to prove, a youthful Magic Happens would soon reach a point of inconsolable disillusion and eventually come to formulate his own system of beliefs and ideals, ultimately arriving at the notion of doing what's best for the party."
For this, his inaugural Modcast (we do have the hindsight in thinking that he'll be back), he serves up a treat titled "Look Deep Into the Parka Mix" that takes the best disco breaks from his box and runs them through the Magic Happens blender.
#11: Pandemonium Jones
We announced a while back we were doing weekly podcasts. We did one. That was about 7 years ago. Now we return to the modern age with this wonderful guest mix from Philly's finest, Pandemonium Jones. Get down wit it.
Ladyhawke In The Modular Nest
Modular is beaming a rainbow-sized smile as we welcome Ladyhawke to the gang. Whilst we were hanging out and kickin' stones in the hood, Ladyhawke was bangin' her first beat under the watchful eye of her jazz drummer father in New Zealand at age eleven. We kept doing what we were doing, but Ladyhawke didn't. Oh no. She was too good for kickin' stones; she packed up and moved out to the UK. Spread her musical wings and flew straight into the loving arms of 80s synth pop.

#10: Radge's Spooky Halloween Mix
A spooktacular ode to 80's B-grade horror flicks which frequent shots of females' 'chests'.
#9: Modular DJs Dublin With An E Mix
The crazy kids over at Modular London HQ decided to lock themselves in a room, decks/vinyl/champagne all inclusive, and roughly 42 hours later ejected what can only be described as 43 minutes and 47 seconds worth of one hour of power. We'll leave you to do the math.
#8: Andee Frost
DJ Andee Frost is that loveable type of bloke that keeps night clubs open for business, the care bear of the Melbourne music scene. What happens when we give him the keys to the Modcast Mobile? He does more damage than any scene from Vanishing Point, of course.
#7: Gus Da Hoodrat and Jamie Doom
Bang Gang's main knob tweakers Gus Da Hoodrat and Jamie Doom bring the likes of Digitalism, New Young Pony Club, Rub N Tug.. and in the words of Gus "etc, etc".
