Hailing from Nederland, Palmbomen AKA Kai Hugo puts together this week's Modcast. For those without fluent Dutch on the resumé, Palmbomen translates to palm tree and pretty much captures the dance-party-desert-island-built-on-a-burial-ground feel in his tunes. It's synths, haunting vocals and good times all day every day.
