Unless you've been livin' under a Rock N Roll Dreamcoat, you'd be fully aware that the line-up for next year's Laneway Festival was announced this morning.

Included amidst the huge list of big name internationals - such as Deerhunter, Ariel Pink, Menomena, Holy Fuck and The Antlers - was our very own Cut Copy, who will be closing out the main stage at all six of the Australian dates with a set that has been described as a "multimedia party" by several reputable news outlets.

The Australian dates for Laneway 2011:

Friday, February 4: Alexandria St, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
Saturday, February 5: Footscray Community Arts Centre, Melbourne
Sunday, February 6: Sydney College of the Arts, Sydney
Friday, February 11: Fowler's Live, Adelaide
Saturday, February 12: Perth Cultural Centre, Perth

Tickets go on sale Wednesday, October 20 at 9am.

Ladyhawke will also be appearing at the festival's sole New Zealand date (Monday, January 31), which is happening at Aotea Square in Auckland.
