Chris Stracey and Jack Glass, aka Bag Raiders, have been hard at work crafting album #2, basing themselves in LA as they labor over the follow up to 2010's self-titled debut. However, they've continued to make deeply satisfying club music in tandem, and the immediacy and excitement of two recently-recorded lethal tracks has prompted a standalone EP, breaking their release drought of almost three years.
The EP will be released via Modular on July 4 (AUS), July 7 (UK/EU), July 8th (USA), and will feature two original club tracks, Nairobi and Savannah, each paired with a remix.
We're letting Nairobi loose today.
BAG RAIDERS US DATES

Saturday, June 14: Verboten, Brooklyn, NY
Sunday, June 15: Saguaro Hotel, Palm Springs, CA
Saturday, August 9: Vinyl, Denver, CO
FOR Festival is stoked to announce even more fun stuff to add to your daily FOR schedule. In addition to the live evening performances at Veneranda, and the late-night dance parties on island carpe diem Beach, today we announce a series of day parties. You'll be able to spend your afternoons warming up at venues Hula Hula Bar and Jerolim (which is clothing optional for the naturalists amongst us), with a rotating cast of DJs and characters from the wider line-up.
And for the diehards in our midst - we'll be hosting after parties at local spot Pink Champagne, from 4am until close each night. Keep the party going with our residents Cookie, Buzdovan & surprise guests.
Klaxons leak their classified footage of extraterrestrial life as the video for 'Show me A Miracle', beamed down by directors Alex Lee and Kyle Wightman (Iggy Azalea, Ta-Ku, Foster The People, Angel Haze). After watching this, we'll definitely be listing The Church of Klaxons as our religious affiliation in the next census.
Modular release 'Love Frequency', Klaxon's 3rd album produced with James Murphy, Erol Alkan, Gorgon City and Chemical Brothers' Tom Rowlands, on Friday 13 June.
With the mix comes a hint at what's in store for 2014 - new music from the duo that brought you massive hits Way Back Home, Sunlight and Shooting Stars.
After quickly selling out their first London show, at the Ace Hotel in Shoreditch on June 16th, Movement today announce a second London show at the same venue one night prior, on Sunday June 15th. Tickets for this show are now available here.
Additionally, they are excited to add their first ever Paris show, at Le Pop Up Du Label, on Saturday June 14th.

Since 2011, Soulwax have been releasing a series of one-hour long visual mixes via their Internet radio station / app Radio Soulwax. The final in this series, the 24th hour-long mix, was released on Friday and is an absolutely batshit insane visual mix of their classic 2002 album As Heard On Radio Soulwax Pt II. Utilizing the album art and visual motifs of every single track on the mash-up mix, the video is a deranged journey through the minds of the innovative duo.
"12 yrs, 2 months and 24 days later, 114 tracks are re-united in 1 single hour of visual mayhem. As heard on the radio becomes As seen on the app... is this technically Pt III? Probably. Who's counting? Who cares? Just watch it."
2ManyDJs played a barnstorming 2 hour set at FOR Festival 2013. Tickets to FOR 2014 are now available here.
We're all on drips from The Presets tour, which ends at Groovin' The Moo in Bunbury this Saturday. The national run saw Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes showcase a brand new live show, revitalising catalogue classics with remix treatments and syncing the assault with an impressive lighting design by Martin Phillips, the man behind Daft Punk's pyramid and mindblowing Yeezus installations. A massive production for this continuously inventive two-piece. Punters were teased with a new song too. If you missed it, call someone who went because chances are they're still chanting it after just one listen.
Next up, the classically trained duo touch on their roots with 'TimeLine', a visual and musical surge through the evolution of music, from 42,000BC to the music of today, performed with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. The run of dates are listed below, with two shows at the prestigious Sydney Opera House.
Movement's debut, self-titled EP is out now worldwide via Modular Recordings. The trio, comprised of vocalist Lewis Wade, Jesse Ward (bass, synths) and Sean Walker (percussion, samples) hail from Sydney, Australia, and have been attracting attention since the release of their single 'Us' in September 2013. They've just announced their first run of US tour dates, taking in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Philadelphia, and today share the third in their series of live videos, for EP track 'Control You'.
