SXSW this year saw around a million things going down at once. Film, music and parties every which way. Modular was well represented by Kindness, Pond, Grace Woodroofe and WIM who all performed in, around and throughout Austin last week.
Here's a rundown and visual feast of Modular's SXSW 2012 ambassadors.
Hot off the heels of their critically acclaimed Modular debut record 'Beard, Wives, Denim', Pond hit SXSW for a whirlwind 8 showcases over 4 days. The NY Times said that they 'toppled the stateliness of Britpop anthems into psychedelic turbulence, melting down grandiose riffs or pushing them toward screaming tantrums'. Sounds good to us!

Kindness main man Adam Bainbridge relieved some of the mystery surrounding his live shows with 4 appearances during this year's SXSW. Pitchfork claimed to see a bunch of bad dancing on account of the music which can only mean good things from our end.
WIM had 4 shows over the course of their 2012 SXSW experience. Their take on Austin: 'the bleed of a hundred bars and a thousand guitars and amongst the cacophony, the buzz of pilgrimage, music and the sticky humidity, the endless parties, side glances, places to be and places you can't be'.
See them jam out at the Australian BBQ below.
Relive the shows or pretend you were there with her performance live at the KUT Sessions at the Four Seasons in Austin.
And also at the Aussie BBQ singing 'Oh My God'.
