Bill Drummond and Jimmy Cauty aka The KLF. One of the UK's most successful groups of the early 1990s and ultimately the most notorious pop culture agitators of the 20th Century. From scribing the cynical step-by-step guidebook The Manual (How to Have a Number One the Easy Way) to machine-gunning blanks at the Brit Awards audience before dumping a dead sheep in the doorway and retiring, no act would amount to their polarizing endeavor as art institution the K Foundation.
