In an era of truly epic albums, Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space quickly became the jewel in the crown of Spiritualized's illustrious catalogue. Featuring all the trappings of the music industry's glory days of wanton positivity, the album length is only out done by its excess of instrumentation. Now 14 years after the original release and after performances of the album in its entirety at London's Royal Festival Hall and New York's Radio City Music Hall, this horn laiden, vocal assault custom built to send shivers of ecstasy down every bone will be performed by frontman J. Spaceman (Jason Pierce) and a 34 member accompaniment in the Concert Hall. Join us in space if you want to live without regrets.

We're very intrigued by the news that Yeah Yeah Yeahs' front woman Karen O will appear in a 'psycho opera' to be staged at St Ann's Warehouse in DUMBO, New York, this October 13-16. Directed by novelist/playwriter Adam Rapp, we sure can't wait to see it.
